Before I begin, I'd like to say that I've never given Critique before,
so this is a first for me. I hope what I say deems fair, since I'm going to be- and I quote my mother on what she told me before- "utterly blunt" so sorry if I may come off as rude, haha.

Vision: Your use of visual qualities is good in this piece even if giving off a sketch-like appearance. The use of the sketch lines in the whole thing actually does give texture in a way, so it's really nothing to worry about unless you want clean lines like a couple other artists I have come across. The look of the...what appears to be antlers with the vines is very nice indeed. I like it. However, the glow of the eye, unless it's really bright, is a tad over the needed 'glow' in my opinion. Honestly, it looks a little fuzzy, but it's alright and still gets a viewer's attention because of the glow, yet I am unsure if the white-substance tears were the focal point or the dragon itself. There is also coloration leaking outside of the line art, but judging from previous notes of this likely just being a colored sketch, it's okay too as I'm sure most of us artists would have done the same thing. Unless it's a green aura, which in itself is very interesting to think of.
4.5 stars.

Originality: I've seen many forest dragons before, but the way this one is crying is something I don't think I've seen. Especially with white tears. There isn't much I can say, but in my opinion, the originality is still quite high here.

Technique The darkness help's give of the drawing's mood, and darkening the screen is a nice touch to this piece, and unless nighttime, gives off quite a deal of darkness, it honestly appears like a sort of nightmare this dragon is going through. Your use of sketching lines, as I've said, kind of gives the drawing texture and even a feeling of movement. Think: Gesture Drawing. I'm positive you can do clean lines if you wanted to, so I won't count much of the sketch aspect. The subtle details like the scales on the snout and the wrinkles of the skin or more scales on the lips really are a small but noticeable touch to this artwork. The drawing would probably look a bit different without them. More importantly, I am intrigued in your shading, as it reminds me of...well me. Granted, the style of shading changes as we learn, however I'd like to point out how I can see you've done like so many, including myself, and likely have taken the airbrush tool use quite a lot in this. Though it's decently balanced in most areas as far as I can see. I enjoy the technique you use~
4.5 stars.

Impact: While the piece is lovely and you're works are amazing, I don't really have an impact with a lot of what I come across unless it's really deep, so don't worry about the score it received. I'm just generally not prone to being impacted emotionally by art. I will say what it did make me feel though. From a moment of glancing about the drawing, studying the atmosphere and the way the dragon looks heartbroken, I got a feeling of curiosity. Why is she/it crying? Why is it so dark? Why is her tears white? Are they magic? Really, that's mainly what I feel with drawings unless they tell a full story or have a general purpose to make the viewer feel something (comics is what those are to me).
3.5 stars.

I hope this was helpful and helped you in some way. Sorry if I was too blunt or sounded unfair, haha. The picture had Critique requested and I wanted to give it a try instead of forever sitting back and not typing out something to help someone out.
